Handball teams are battling it out across four pools in both men’s and women’s categories, with institutions like KU, Daystar, MMUST, UON, and Egerton leading the charge. Netball courts are alive with precision and passion, featuring deep pools packed with talent from USIU, Kisii, Maseno, and more. And for the first time, Frisbee takes center stage—bringing a fresh wave of strategy, speed, and spirit from teams including KU, TUK, KAFU, Tharaka, Rongo, and MMUST.
